001 — The Mechanical Heart
Every watch in our collection is powered by premium Japanese automatic calibres, such as the NH35, NH36 or NH05 series. A mechanical movement driven entirely by the motion of your wrist. As you move, the weighted rotor rotates, winding the mainspring and keeping time alive.
Atelier Note: Each movement is individually inspected and hand-assembled with precision at our home workshop in Portugal before final casing.

Questions & Answers
Every BRAZZ timepiece is covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty on the mechanical movement and hand-assembly. If your watch experiences any functional or mechanical defect under normal use, we service, regulate, or repair it directly at our atelier in Portugal.
We want you to experience the piece on your wrist with total peace of mind. Upon delivery, you have a 14-day window to inspect the watch. If it remains unworn and in its original packaging with all included items, you can return it for a full refund.
Traditional watch brands inflate prices through middlemen, retail storefronts, distributors, and massive marketing budgets. Because BRAZZ is direct-to-consumer and built in our own room, you pay solely for top-tier raw materials (Japanese NH35 automatic calibre, sapphire crystal, solid 316L surgical steel) and our hours on the workbench.
Zero payment is required when submitting a reservation. Once your request is received, we reach out to you directly to confirm your spot in the batch. You are only invoiced once your timepiece is approved and scheduled for assembly.
Your watch arrives with all solid links installed to accommodate any wrist circumference. Links can be quickly adjusted using a standard watch pin tool or at any local watchmaker/jeweler in under 2 minutes.
